4. Anonymous Chat and Safety

Chats are with strangers. You are responsible for your own conversations and decisions. Use Block and Report if a chat feels unsafe, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate.

5. Saved Friends

Saved friends are stored in your browser for convenience. Friend chat works only when the other user is online. Offline friends may be shown as offline and cannot receive real-time messages until they return.

6. AI Buddy Fallback

If no live match is available, the service may show a clearly labelled AI buddy fallback. The AI buddy is not a real user and cannot be saved as a real friend.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful matching, message delivery, or availability of any specific user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Start Anonymous Chat is not responsible for user behavior, third-party content, lost data, offline users, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
