4. Local Browser Storage

Saved anonymous friends are stored in your browser using localStorage. This helps your saved friends remain visible after refresh on the same browser. You can clear this data by clearing your browser site data.

5. Chat Messages and Retention

Messages are handled in server memory for live chat operation and may be removed automatically as sessions expire or the server restarts. Reported or abusive behavior may be reviewed or retained if needed for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

6. How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate matching, deliver messages, show saved friends, block/report unsafe users, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and maintain service security.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers, shared when required by law, or used to investigate abuse, security threats, or violations of the Terms.

8. AI Buddy Fallback

If no live match is available, a clearly labelled AI buddy fallback may respond in chat. Do not share sensitive personal information with the AI buddy or with strangers.

9. Children and Age Requirement

The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their location if higher. We do not knowingly provide the service to children.

10. Security

Reasonable technical and hosting security measures are used, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Use the service carefully and avoid sharing private details.
